The following obituary was printed in the Hornell Evening Tribune March 21, 2004:

            DOMINICK C. FALZARANO
  Hornell --- Dominick C. Falzarano, 88, formerly of Main Street, Hornell, died Friday morning (March 19, 2004) at McAuley Manor, where he resided for the past two years.
  Born September 26, 1915, in Susquehanna, Pa., he was the son of Thomas and Girolama Falzarano. He had resided in Hornell for most of his adult life. Dominick was employed for over 25 years at the former Ice House in Hornell, retiring as a foreman. He had also served as a bartender at several area restaurants.
  He was married to the former Delores Smith, who died in 1977. He was also predeceased in death by his daughter, Donna Maria Marts; his brother, Jim Falzarano and his sister, Angie Miller.
  Dominick is survived by eight sons, Robert (Sue) Falzarano of Centerville,  Mich., Michael (Teresa) Falzarano of Tipton, Pa., Richard (Patricia) Falzarano of Rome, Don Falzarano of Hornell, John Falzarano of Hornell, Tony Falzarano of Houston, Texas, Phillip (Julianne) Falzarano of Hornell and Mark (Paula) Falzarano of Amelia, La.; two daughters, Judy (Jay) Dreyer of Marlton, N.J. and Michelle Coats of Wellsville; his son-in-law, Richard Marts of Montgomery, Ala.; two brothers, John (Marie) Falzarano of Canisteo and Mike Falzarano of Elmhurst, Ill.; three sisters, Ann Quinn, Josephine Susi and Peggy Collins, all of Florida; and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
  The family of Dominick C. Falzarano will receive friends on Monday from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. at the Dagon Funeral Home, 38 Church St., Hornell, where funeral and committal services will be held at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Robert Kanka officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.
  Dominick's family request that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his name be made to McAuley Manor, 1 Bethesda Drive, North Hornell, N.Y. 14843. Memorial forms will be available at the Dagon Funeral Home.
