William Milroy was also known as Willie Milroy. He served in the military Civilian prisoner of war - Civilian War Dead, Singapore during World War Two. He lived in Kelton, Kirkcudbrightshire, ScotlandO, in 1891.2 The cause of death of Willie on 24 February 1942 was a heart attack during a forced march.1
